Hard Maple Canadian
Canadian maple, or hard maple as it is also known, is one of the hardest of all wood species.
The colouring of its heartwood and sapwood can differ quite considerably.
The colour can also adopt a creamish tinge under the influence of light. (Real wood)
3-strip
The typical look of a strip floor with three strips on one plank is reminiscent of a ship's deck.
The individual, short strips remain visible on the installed surface.
Lacquered surfaces
Lacquered floors have a light silky shimmer.
The multi-layered lacquer structure resists strong impacts, because it is both elastic and flexible.
The surface remains sealed and protected. Lacquer surfaces that are too hard and rigid
lead to clearly visible scratches. These floors are particularly easy to care for.
